Hyperice collects business contact information submitted through RFQ, inquiry and support forms so our team can evaluate sourcing requests and respond with relevant project guidance.
We may collect name, company, email address, target market, product category, expected order volume and project notes. If you share confidential product concepts, they are routed internally only to staff involved in feasibility, engineering, compliance or commercial review.
Information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate sample reviews, improve documentation and maintain a record of B2B communications. We do not sell inquiry data to unrelated third parties.
Business contacts may request correction or deletion of inquiry information where retention is not required for active commercial, legal or compliance purposes.
